Summary:
When mother decides to go out for the day, Nana comes and babysits the children. They do everything from snuggling to putting together a puzzle. The children are having so much fun with Nana. They decide they want to make ‘Peeny Butter Fudge’ with Nana. Can they make it before mother comes home? Read “Peeny Butter Fudge!” This story has a great rhythm and rhyme to read out loud. Something else that is cool about this book is that there is actually a recipe for Peeny Butter Fudge in the back! That is a great activity you could do with your class after you have read this book to them.
